Linda S. Kagan, Managing Partner, has over twenty-five years of legal experience, starting at two international firms, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and later at Jones Day in New York, before launching the firm in 2004. In addition, she has several years of C-level executive experience and extensive experience advising clients and businesses on strategies for growth and expansion of both their existing business and new revenue streams. Her ability to identify leverage in business deals for her clients and maximize value distinguishes her from traditional lawyers who have limited business experience and reflects her genuine affinity to combine her skills as a lawyer and business advisor.
